Mechanical overhaul
There are machines that have a very long service life. until the efficiency of use decreases We can assist customers in analyzing how to overhaul their machines so that their production efficiency is closer to the original equipment or more.
Sometimes we co-design new systems by changing the technology to drive machines with satisfactory results.
For example, a recent overhaul is to improve our sachet in servo motor technology instead of driving by using a single gear motor which causes manufacturing errors. And after the change, the machines are more accurate in production, reduce waste, increase production capacity for longer.
Add Safety System
Nowadays, production has increased the strictness of safety laws for the production and operation of machines. Some machines do not include a safety system that is equivalent to the standard in the machine. We are able to analyze safety to meet international standards.
We can design and install equipment for this safety system. Alternatives are offered to our customers to make informed choices based on the security suitability of each company.
